North American Wholesale Florist, Inc. has always strived to have the best quality product available at the best price for our customers. As you know, costs are continually increasing and at NAWFI we don’t just want to raise prices to combat the problem.

Our fees paid to credit card processors continue to increase. Over half of our sales are now paid using credit cards, which card processors charge NAWFI to accept. However, we want to continue to give our customers the flexibility to use the payment method and credit card they desire for best use in their business.
NAWFI is adding 2.6% to all invoices that our customers choose to pay by credit card. We will offer ACH payment through our bank and continue accepting checks with no additional fees.
While we understand the impact to some of our customers, we are making this change to avoid increasing prices on all our products and services, which would be unjustified for our professional florists paying by ACH/check—nearly half of our customers.

NAWFI will soon be contacting all our florists that are currently paying with credit cards to see which method of payment they prefer.
The 2.6% method-of-payment surcharge on payments using credit cards will begin with invoices dated March 26, 2025, and thereafter. Again, ACH payments or payments by check will carry no fees.
